I ship production Gen AI systems for enterprise clients at Infosys, embedding with engineering teams to take multi-agent chatbots from prototype through integration, state management, data readiness, and live deployment.

I design LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation frameworks over curated golden datasets and instrument agentic systems with Dynatrace and Grafana. I use telemetry on latency, token spend, and tool-call failures to improve reliability, and introduced dynamic evaluation to eliminate false negatives caused by stale enterprise state.

As the sole engineer behind KomicMe, I built and operate a serverless AI comic-generation platform on Google Cloud serving 300+ active users at 99.9% uptime. I built its React, React Native, Node.js, Firebase, Cloud Run, multi-agent, payments, and automated content-generation systems, including a Gemini fallback cascade that reduced generation cost by 30% without quality regression.

Earlier at RWS Group, I deployed an internal RAG agent for employee policy questions, built a secure CI/CD reference architecture, led a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration, and created workforce dashboards. Across 12 years in enterprise operations and systems delivery, I've worked directly with stakeholders to turn complex needs into dependable systems.
