What I'm looking for
At Graviton Research Capital, I provide real-time production support for latency-critical trading strategies and exchange processes across internal and co-located servers. I troubleshoot faults quickly to protect trading performance and data integrity, including NSE live latency monitoring and split_dump processes.
I've automated daily operational workflows with Python scripts for process health checks, performance statistics, reporting, and Slack-based alerts. I also contributed APIs and Django plugins for Lighthouse, an in-house alerting tool and dashboard.
Previously at Ericsson Global India, I delivered L3 production support for charging systems, handled critical escalations and RCA, and supported global clients while meeting SLA and KPI requirements. I worked across RHEL and containerized environments, using Bash and Python for installations, upgrades, and automation.
My work includes TCP/IP, SCTP, and Diameter troubleshooting, TimesTen and SQL performance diagnostics, and large-scale Kubernetes environments supported with Ansible, Splunk, and Grafana. I bring a computer science background alongside hands-on experience in telecom charging and ultra-low-latency HFT operations.
