What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to AI evaluation, multilingual localization, speech-data, or AI data operations projects where I can improve quality, coordinate global teams, and deliver reliable outcomes across complex workflows.

I've coordinated multilingual AI evaluation, speech data, translation, and localization delivery at Big Language Solutions, Macgence, Shaip.ai, and Solvimate. My work spans 20+ languages, connecting linguists, vendors, clients, and operational teams to keep projects moving on time.

At Shaip.ai, I managed AI speech, transcription, and data collection projects supporting model training and evaluation pipelines. I conducted QA and UAT validation for multilingual datasets and AI model outputs, translated client requirements into delivery plans, and authored SOPs that improved efficiency and reduced delivery errors.

I bring hands-on experience with human evaluation, response comparison, speech-to-speech assessment, ASR/TTS quality checks, translation QA, memoQ workflows, vendor management, and client-ready delivery.
