At BIG Language Solutions, I own end-to-end delivery for enterprise projects across 20+ languages, from scope and resourcing through execution and closure. I coordinate cross-functional teams and manage 100+ concurrent projects, while maintaining a global network of 200+ vendors and partners.
At Outlier, I evaluate conversational and multimodal AI outputs through human-in-the-loop workflows, including preference and ranking evaluations, TTS, and speech-to-speech assessment. My work also includes AI data operations, annotation and QA, audits, SOPs, and process improvement.
