At Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (CNEA), I reengineered the payroll system for more than 3,000 employees, migrating it to Go and Python with FastAPI. I defined and implemented business rules and automated the end-to-end process through APIs.
I also designed and developed an end-to-end lunch-card accreditation system that integrates institutional data with the card provider’s platform, automating credits of approximately $100M ARS per week. For the legacy Tramix LH system, I carried out a technical and functional audit and managed its integration as a Meta4 PeopleNet module.
As an independent IT consultant, I designed and implemented cloud-native and edge-native architectures for clients in Europe and LATAM, including migrations to Cloudflare Workers and D1. I’ve also developed automation pipelines that reduced manual operational work by 40%, and I advise clients on technology decisions, vendor management, and roadmaps.
