At Charlie Health, I manage healthcare referral partnerships that expand awareness and utilization of virtual behavioral health services. I use Salesforce data, referral trends, and partner feedback to shape engagement and strengthen account health.

I’ve owned high-volume portfolios, guided partners through account transitions, and served as a proactive point of contact throughout the referral and admissions lifecycle. I coordinate closely with marketing, operations, clinical, and admissions teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.

Earlier in admissions, I supported clients and families through treatment access, managed pipelines of more than 50 clients daily, and helped launch Charlie Health’s first Spanish-language group cohorts. I’ve also mentored Admissions Counselors and improved processes across teams.

My prevention and advocacy background includes delivering violence-prevention programming for approximately 450 youth each year, training community partners, and leading domestic violence outreach initiatives. I build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and focus on reducing barriers to care.
