I am an HR, compliance, and operations manager who builds efficient, compliant workplaces through practical HR administration and operational oversight. I oversee full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, payroll liaison duties and structured onboarding so new hires are productive from day one.

I manage mortgage compliance and reporting, including preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly NMLS reports, initial disclosures and redisclosures, trailing document tracking, and condition clearing to meet state regulatory standards. I also streamline office operations, manage inventory and accounts receivable, and partner with leadership to keep pipelines and workflows on track.

Earlier I taught and supported diverse learners, designed standards-based lessons, and collected instructional data — skills that inform my collaborative approach to training, communication, and process improvement. I use Microsoft 365 and Google Drive daily, hold education and professional certifications, and bring a detail-focused, people-first management style.
