I’m a detail-oriented Network Engineer with 9+ years in telecommunications, focused on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing core infrastructure so voice, data, and internet services stay reliable. In my Verizon role, I served as a high-level tier of technical support for business, government, and residential network failures, troubleshooting complex emergency service issues while coordinating with internal technical departments, PSAPs, and 911 vendors.
I also bring strong wireless network operations experience, providing leadership, mentoring, and training to surveillance team members. From Bluegrass Cellular’s Network Operations Center, I monitored and analyzed alarms and outage conditions, supported on-call scheduling, and supported remote maintenance across switch and cell sites—handling surveillance for a wireless network with 300+ cell sites and related elements (CDMA/LTE, E-911 trunks, and Ethernet backhaul).
