At BostonGene, I developed and maintained Python code for production services on the Bioinformatics Infrastructure Services Team. I validated Python Common Workflow Language schemas and debugged Go and Java code across 10 microservices.
I migrated HashiCorp Packer AMI builds to Amazon Linux 2023, refactoring provisioning scripts into systemd units. I also extended GitLab CI/CD with two build and deploy stages and added more than 30 tests.
At LinkyJuice, I built FastAPI endpoints for automated outreach and campaign management. I designed a PostgreSQL schema and optimized queries, reducing one endpoint’s response time from 10 seconds to under 2 seconds.
I also implemented Celery workers for email delivery through the Gmail API, built the React interface, and helped secure and containerize the application. At the CyberTech Sprint, I contributed to a team project that trained a PyTorch YOLOv11 detector to blur sensitive information in video.
