What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead education and leadership development, combine teaching with accessible online learning, and build partnerships that empower people in their native language.

I’m the CEO of Christoutlook, INC, and I’m committed to advancing faith-based leadership and learning that serves people with purpose. In parallel, I serve as an Adjunct Professor, helping students grow intellectually and spiritually through a student-centered, question-driven approach.

As Director at Hispanic Leadership Outreach (HLO), I founded a mission to develop affordable online learning opportunities for the Hispanic community in their native language. I create and translate educational materials, design and deliver interactive online courses using Moodle, and produce and edit video content for courses and workshops—always with accessibility and real-world relevance in mind.

My work also reflects practical operational experience: I’ve supported educational and community initiatives through partnerships with Bible schools, universities, and mission groups across the U.S. and multiple Latin American countries. Previously, I managed IT hardware and EHR/EPM support at Crossroad Health Center and handled reception and medical records, which strengthened my ability to troubleshoot, train others, and keep technology reliable for day-to-day impact.
