I’m looking for a position where I can utilize my skillset to add value to the business, while continuing to gain knowledge that supports my future career goals. I bring strong customer service, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.

I’m a hard worker who easily adapts to any professional working environment, and I’m at my best when I’m communicating with patients, providers, and new people while delivering top customer service. As a Prior Authorization Specialist, I complete prior authorizations over the phone in a timely manner, make outbound calls to providers per patients’ requests, and assist with pharmacy claims and drug coverage explanations of benefits for patients.

Before this, I built a strong foundation as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician, where I assist patients with medications, fill prescriptions quickly, answer and route incoming calls, and support inventory ordering and package check-ins.
