At Careem (Uber Inc.), I own multi-cluster Amazon EKS environments, AWS infrastructure, and platform tooling for a high-transaction SaaS platform. I manage zero-disruption Kubernetes upgrades, cloud networking, autoscaling, Helm, and production workload troubleshooting.
I've automated 150+ production deployments with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, canary releases, and one-click rollback. Through Terraform, GitOps, and Python, Bash, and Go tooling, I help product teams deploy independently while reducing manual production changes and operational burden.
I build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Thanos, and CloudWatch, sustaining 99.7% availability. I also mentor junior engineers and bring 10+ years of AWS, reliability, incident response, and Linux operations experience.
