I'm an HR Market Intelligence senior analyst at Accenture's Analytics & Modelling practice, where I've spent 2+ years building workforce research capabilities that directly inform talent and business strategy for large global clients. My work sits at the intersection of people data, competitive intelligence, and executive storytelling — I translate complex workforce market signals into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders. At Accenture, I've been recognised as a top performer with two awards in 2025 — Star of Business (Encore) and Best of People — for client value creation and stakeholder excellence. I'm known within my team for taking ownership end-to-end, high attention to detail, and consistently raising the bar on research quality and delivery. My toolkit spans the full intelligence cycle: from qualitative and quantitative research design, talent supply mapping, competitive benchmarking, and NPS analytics, to dashboard development in Power BI, workflow automation with Power Apps and Power Automate, and AI-assisted research using Microsoft Copilot. I pick up new tools fast — I've learned each of these on the job as business needs evolved, and I'm currently building with Claude Code to create AI copilot agents that automate day-to-day research tasks. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BCom (Finance & Marketing) from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. My career goal is to move into high-end HR consulting and advisory where I can apply deep domain expertise to complex people strategy problems. Long-term, I'm targeting opportunities in the US market, where workforce intelligence and talent advisory are rapidly growing fields.
