What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an M365 Administrator / L2-L3 Support role.

At Quatrro Business Support Solution Pvt. Ltd., I provided L2 Microsoft 365 administration and support in an MSP environment. I administered Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses and services, and managed onboarding and offboarding across Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

I also administered OneLogin SSO and coordinated application access requests with application owners and POCs. I created and maintained SOPs and Knowledge Base articles for technical processes and recurring issues.

At NTT DATA, I supported Active Directory, Windows, Outlook and identity access requests using ServiceNow. At Infosys, I provided L2 support for Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications, automated administrative reporting and tasks with PowerShell, and created ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
