I’m an HR Executive focused on Talent Development, working to turn post-appraisal insights into practical learning plans. I’m comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight and staying aligned to organizational objectives.

In my current role, I collaborate with functional heads to perform Training Needs Assessment and prepare an annual training calendar featuring over 30 programs across classroom, self-paced, and open-batch formats. I also handle trainer sourcing and coordination by identifying and evaluating trainers through platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, then facilitating approvals with functional heads and supervisors to finalize training content and delivery.

I manage vendor registration and process purchasing and payments through effective vendor management, approvals, and documentation. I organize and coordinate training execution with logistics support (venue setup, IT arrangements, and participant reminders), manage communication and nominations, collect and analyze feedback, and prepare post-training reports to assess longer-term impact.

I also support self-paced learning by managing platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Udemy, ensuring smooth approvals, timely assignments, and course completion by 100%. Earlier, as an HR Coach (Internship-Onthe job training) at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I attained Cognizant GenC HR Coach Certification with more than 90% performance and coordinated multiple trainee groups—skills I build on with an MBA in Human Resources and Management.
