At Wolters Kluwer, I took Gantry from a blank page to the default build and deployment platform for Tax & Accounting, adopted across 200+ applications and exceeding its year-one adoption target by more than 150%. I shaped its golden path and automated release workflows, helping teams cut deployment time from days to hours.
I also moved Gantry toward AI-enabled delivery with Claude skills, spec-driven workflows and human review gates, and built Shipwright with Claude Code for infrastructure delivery. Earlier, at Quant LegalTech, I set product direction for a rules engine that digitized statutory and regulatory laws and delivered a self-service onboarding portal that cut time to market by 75%.
