At Amazon Fulfilment Centre LBA4 (IXD Cross-Dock), I maintained 99.8% inventory accuracy and helped reduce operational errors by 20%. I investigated inventory variances and shipping exceptions through root cause analysis.

I automated daily, weekly and monthly reporting with Python and SQL Server, cutting report time from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes. I also produced weekly operational reports using SQL Server, Power BI and Excel.
