In my current role as a Business Immigration Analyst, I manage end-to-end documentation workflows for U.S. employment-based visa categories (H-1B, L-1, F-1, Green Card, and L-1). I draft PERM labour certification filings, Prevailing Wage Requests, and DOL-compliant recruitment materials (ETA 9141, ETA 9089), maintaining zero-edit accuracy across submitted case files.

I also lead quality audits and peer reviews to spot error patterns, then feed those learnings back into drafting standards. I coordinate with attorneys, HR stakeholders, and applicants to resolve discrepancies as the single point of accountability for case accuracy—while staying strictly confidential and audit-ready at all times.

Earlier, as a PTE Trainer, I used student performance metrics from mock tests to identify score-limiting patterns and create targeted improvement plans per module. Before that, as a Senior Service Advisor, I managed end-to-end service advisory operations for 25–35 vehicles daily, tracked service KPIs, supported warranty and OEM compliance documentation, and improved claim processing turnaround through structured documentation workflows.
