At Lowe's, I lead UX research for enterprise store and supply chain technology supporting 100+ applications, 300,000+ associates, and tens of millions of monthly transactions. I built the operating model that scaled the team from 3 to 21 while embedding accessibility and usability into every study.
I've led mixed-methods research across Lowe's, Alaska Airlines, the Federal Reserve System, and government and enterprise clients, using DCEs, surveys, usability studies, and discovery to change roadmap, pricing, design, and feature decisions. I build research strategy in ambiguous environments and grow research judgment through AI-assisted synthesis, mentorship, and self-service enablement.
