At “We” Youth NGO of Lori region, I coordinate youth-oriented projects, organize activities and events, and promote youth participation and civic engagement. I also manage project budgets and prepare financial reports and supporting documentation in line with donor requirements.
I've delivered job-search, interview, teamwork, and time-management workshops through Armenian Progressive Youth NGO and We Youth NGO, and I implement mobile youth work in rural communities with KASA Swiss Humanitarian Foundation. My work also includes youth trainings, Erasmus+ projects, project development, fundraising support, and digital payment promotion with Idram and IDBank.
