What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my bioinformatics, data analysis, and molecular docking skills, develop my knowledge at each stage, and contribute to organizational growth.

I'm completing an Integrated MSc in Bioinformatics at Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, building practical experience in biological data analysis and computational research.

For my master’s project, I identified significant differentially expressed genes and biomarkers in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus through in silico microarray data analysis. My bachelor’s project assessed the binding potential of natural DPP4 inhibitors using molecular docking.

I work with differential gene expression analysis, microarray analysis, meta-analysis, AutoDock Vina, PyRx, R, Cytoscape, PyMOL, and ROMACS. I bring teamwork, time management, multitasking, quick learning, and communication in English, Hindi, and Odia.
