Anushika Pandit

I am a Master of Science in Biotechnology candidate with hands-on experience in bioinformatics, molecular biology, and computational analysis. I combine laboratory skills—DNA isolation, SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis and instrument operation—with in silico techniques such as sequence retrieval, annotation, and protein docking.

During internships at Shoolini University, Jaypee University, and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, I applied NCBI resources, designed primers with SnapGene, performed protein docking, and used tools like Expasy and ProtParam to analyze sequences. I also contributed to experimental lab work for a thesis on arsenic resistance and bioremediation in Shewanella sp.

I am a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments, with strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills that help me convey complex ideas and collaborate effectively. I have presented at international conferences and continually expand my knowledge through online seminars and workshops.

I seek opportunities where I can apply both wet-lab and computational bioinformatics skills to drive research and practical solutions in biotechnology and environmental bioremediation.
