· Extensive exposure in the field of Human Resources for 10 years (2013-2024).
· Skilled in End to End Recruitment of different roles (from Production Operators up to Admin, IT, Technical, Safety & Health and Engineering roles)
· Able to conduct Job Offer Discussion, Medical & Requirements monitoring and Follow Up, On boarding to Endorsement, Regularization Discussion and Certificate of Employment preparation
· Ability to maintain various Recruitment Portals (Indeed, Jobstreet, Career Builder, BossJob, Jobph)
· Applicant Database maintenance and monitoring
· Able to build strong relationship with LGU & Universities (attending outside career fairs and facilitating in house career expo)
· Knowledgeable in Employee-Relations (issuance of notices / memo and employee counselling)
· Able to monitor AWOL employees (sending notices via mail)
· Support Safety and Health related activities
· Currently supporting HR Services to the client (screening, interview scheduling, employee queries)
· Utilizing various recruitment tools such as SuccessFactors and CRM (Case Management System)
· Seamless coordination and building strong relationship towards stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Candidates and Colleagues)
· Ability to process and respond to all requests within the 48hrs SLA (turnaround time)
