I'm completing a Computer Science degree at Eötvös Loránd University while building experience across identity management, data analysis, and technical training in Budapest.
At IBM, I performed access reviews, validation checks, and application health checks to support data accuracy, compliance, and system reliability. I generated SQL-based reports, managed logistics portals, maintained process documentation, and worked with IT teams to resolve access and process issues.
At ELTE, I designed and delivered a Statistics & Machine Learning course using IBM SPSS, with hands-on modules and case studies focused on real-time data analysis and practical decision-making.
I've also trained students in Linux, Bash, and PowerShell troubleshooting and automation, supported project teams as a teaching assistant, and handled customer cases using SAP, Citrix Workforce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
