At the Hungarian National Lottery Company, I build Python-based data warehouse workflows for CRM analytics, campaign processing, and reporting, while automating approximately 100 recurring reports on campaign performance and customer behavior. I deliver actionable decision support to marketing and executive stakeholders and mentor junior analysts and trainees.
Previously, I developed ARIMA, regression, machine learning, and customer segmentation models to forecast revenue, understand customer behavior, and optimize campaign targeting. My PhD research applies AI and machine learning to optimize complex logistics systems through data-driven optimization, computer vision, simulation, and digital twin technologies.
