I've supported BT ROC's cloud collaboration services since 2018, moving from Webex and conferencing support into database and service operations work. I oversee customer onboarding across quoting, ordering, delivery, and inventory management for Cisco Webex, Zoom, and NICE services.

I investigate data discrepancies, write SQL queries for provisioning gaps and legacy inventory cleanup, and validate data across provisioning systems using APIs, Postman, and JSON. My reporting and data corrections support accurate invoicing, financial reconciliation, service activation tracking, and operational performance visibility.

I've also built a front-door issue reporting platform with Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Outlook. I document processes and internal knowledge materials so support teams can transfer knowledge easily and implement changes consistently.

Earlier, I supervised Ryanair customer service operations, coaching agents, monitoring quality, and aligning resources to demand. I bring the same dependable, detail-focused approach to data, customer operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
