I’m seeking a leadership role in healthcare/EMS where I can drive HR compliance and audit-ready operations while improving reimbursement accuracy, claims outcomes, and cross-functional documentation—partnering with executives to strengthen culture, performance, and regulatory alignment.

I’m a dynamic, solutions-driven leadership professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations, EMS administration, HR compliance, and third-party medical billing oversight. I lead HR and operational initiatives that keep high-volume public safety organizations audit-ready and aligned with federal and state requirements, HIPAA expectations, and payer billing standards.

In my current role as Human Resources Director for Pender EMS & Fire, Inc., I lead HR operations and strategic initiatives for a 200-employee organization. I partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession strategy, while driving employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance reporting to ensure consistent policy adherence and regulatory alignment.

Before that, as Chief Procurement Officer and Operations Manager, I strengthened reimbursement accuracy by overseeing vendor and service contracts, monitoring third-party EMS billing claims, reconciling documentation, and improving revenue cycle outcomes. I also coordinated FEMA Public Assistance reimbursements and medical billing claims, securing over $1M in eligible reimbursements through accurate, audit-ready recordkeeping—backed by disciplined documentation workflows and electronic record/data tracking systems.
