I am an Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in HR on-the-job training coordination and small business IT operations. I have managed trainee programs, maintained trainee databases, and supported recruitment sourcing and candidate shortlisting.

In HR roles, I administered OJT portals and help desk functions, coordinated requirements and endorsements, and posted job vacancies on sourcing websites. I created summaries of shortlisted candidates to support hiring decisions.

As a self-employed IT manager for a computer shop, I handled customer logins, internet connectivity troubleshooting, payments, and basic PC maintenance. I am proficient with Google Docs, spreadsheets and forms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop for photo editing, and basic PC troubleshooting.

I am organized, service-oriented, and focused on supporting training programs and IT operations with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
