As a seasoned mental health professional, I have dedicated my career to providing crisis intervention and therapy services to individuals in need. With a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a strong background in psychology, I have developed a unique ability to assess and address complex mental health issues. My experience as a Pre-Commitment Investigator and Crisis Therapist has equipped me with the skills to navigate high-pressure situations and provide expert testimony in court proceedings.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including veterans, caregivers, and individuals struggling with mental health disorders. My approach is centered around empathy, understanding, and a commitment to providing personalized care. I am well-versed in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, SFBT, and Psychoanalysis, and have experience leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I possess strong research and training skills, having developed and implemented diagnosis-specific manuals and led national trainings for caregivers and VA staff. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field, ensuring that my clients receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.
