I lead engineering delivery at Sintaxy for government and public-sector systems, including healthcare, postal services, and other critical applications. I coordinate developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and executive stakeholders from scope through delivery.

Previously, I led software development teams at Sintaxy and helped maintain and improve Juntos Somos Mais’s B2B marketplace payment systems, supporting transactions of more than R$10 million per day.

I also founded Maaip, an AI-enabled platform connecting travellers with authentic African experiences. I took the product from prototype to production across architecture, backend and frontend development, AI integration, and performance optimisation.

My background spans data science, algorithms, cybersecurity research, and software engineering at Talkdesk, Dognaedis, and the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra. I authored Resilience to Cyber-Attacks In Critical Infrastructures of Portugal and bring experience with C#, .NET, Python, cloud platforms, data engineering, and Agile delivery.
