I’m looking to deepen software compliance and software asset management work—reconciling licenses, improving ELP visibility and license optimization, and partnering with Procurement and Legal to deliver audit-ready, cost-conscious outcomes.

I’m a Software Compliance Analyst with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise software lifecycles, license reconciliation, Effective License Position (ELP), entitlement management, and compliance operations. I maintain accurate license positions by reconciling discovered installations, software usage, entitlements, contracts, and license metrics in ServiceNow SAM Pro.

I create and review ELP and license overview reports to identify compliance exposure, surplus licenses, shortfalls, and optimization opportunities. I normalize discovered software using ServiceNow Content Library and Publisher Packs, administer software models and contract mappings across major publishers, and collaborate with Procurement and Legal on true-ups, vendor audits, and remediation—while driving audit-ready, ITIL-aligned continuous improvement through reporting, dashboards, and SLA-supported software requests.
