At Toyota Financial Services India, I coordinate SAP Treasury and Loan Management System initiatives across Business, IT, and external vendor teams. I own scheduling, governance coordination, deliverable follow-up, and stakeholder communication for active bank integration and LMS migration workstreams.

I designed a vendor evaluation framework that informed an LMS vendor decision involving a ₹10M cost differential, and built an Opex/Capex comparison model identifying an estimated ₹76M cost-optimisation opportunity for a digital-transformation business case.

I created an end-to-end project lifecycle SOP that was presented to approximately 25 department Heads and Leads and adopted by the Business Support team. I also build leadership status decks, support CTO- and EVP-level discussions, manage project artefacts, and help protect committed delivery timelines through clear scope boundaries.

Alongside project coordination, I provide backup SAP S/4HANA support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, vendor liaison, and system monitoring. My Computer Science background in cybersecurity also includes a peer-reviewed accessibility research project on emotive audio synthesis for sign language translation.
