What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine marketing strategy with analytics—building dashboards, automating reporting, and turning data into campaign decisions that improve sales, engagement, and operational visibility.

I’m Anushe, a Management Trainee Officer building analytics and commercial solutions that help teams see performance clearly and act faster. In my current role at Parco Gunvor (formerly Total Parco Limited), I’ve focused on marketing analytics, KPI visibility, and measurable retail and B2B execution.

I’ve developed SAP-integrated Power BI dashboards for lubricant secondary sales across 830+ stations, supporting performance visibility for 100+ users. Using DAX and daily refresh pipelines with row-level security across 5 regional networks, I automate reporting and consolidate multi-source data to monitor KPIs across 200+ QAS and Motozone facilities.

I also bridge strategy and execution: I led the end-to-end implementation of the Jibble workforce tracking system for 10 Lube Sales Officers, built the RUBIA trade promotion framework (reward structure, campaign mechanics, financial modeling, and budget allocation), and supported pilots for geofenced mobile tracking and incentive programs. Alongside analytics, I’ve planned and delivered BTL/retail brand activation initiatives, ran competitor SWOT and benchmarking, and coordinated across agencies and vendors—translating insights into campaign decisions and reporting.
