I want a role where I can strengthen my interpersonal skills while leading quality initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving measurable error reduction and AR performance—backed by real ownership, feedback from clients, and room for long-term growth.

I’m an Assistant Manager Quality with 8 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting, focused on delivering productive, qualitative project outcomes. I’ve handled client deliverables, monitored workflow and work assignments, and led training for new hires both onsite and offsite, including claim follow-up to ensure teams go live in the first phase.

I’m especially proud of my work supporting AR reduction through a Management Review Team, regular AR management, error reduction efforts, and root cause analysis with next actions alongside operations.
