I've built more than 10 years of experience across healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Accounts Receivable, denial management, medical billing, and quality assurance. My work includes AR follow-up, collections, payment reprocessing, and resolving billing and reimbursement issues.

For Radpartner, I have supported CV and NSA work since 2021. I also bring experience from IKS Health, where I investigated unpaid and underpaid insurance claims and resolved denials.

I use audit findings and coaching to improve quality scores, process efficiency, and compliance with client requirements. Earlier, I also gained customer service, sales, and business development experience.
