At Trekup India Adventures Pvt. Ltd., I manage operations for assigned trekking batches, coordinating customers, payments, logistics, and vendors.

I coordinate 20+ trekking batches, keeping participants informed through emails, calls, WhatsApp groups, and pre-trek Google Meet sessions. I also brief customers on schedules, packing requirements, and trek expectations.

I coordinate transportation, food, supplies, drivers, and vendors, and handle on-ground concerns, complaints, cancellations, and refunds in line with company policies. I maintain operational data and workflows using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.

During my counselling internship at Bhameshwari Counselling Center, I worked on client case studies under supervision and documented session notes, case histories, and progress summaries. I’m seeking a Project Coordinator role where I can support project execution, team collaboration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
