I’m an MBA (Finance & HR) professional with 13+ years of experience in banking operations, digital banking processes, IT banking support, and BFSI product operations at CSB Bank. I bring a practical, system-driven mindset that connects operations, IT, and compliance to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

In day-to-day execution, I work extensively on Core Banking Systems (Flexcube, Marvel) for transaction processing, validations, and exception resolution. I also handle digital payment operations and reconciliations across UPI, NPCI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS—ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.

Compliance and audit discipline are central to how I operate. I ensure full adherence to RBI regulations, internal audit, concurrent audit, and external audit requirements, while supporting KYC, AML, CKYC, risk control, and operational excellence through SOP adherence and process controls.

I’ve been recognized for operational accuracy and compliance strength, including successfully handling multiple RBI and internal audits with minimal observations. Alongside leadership, I train teams on CBS operations, compliance requirements, and digital transaction handling, building stakeholder confidence through MIS, reconciliation reporting, and root-cause driven resolution.
