I’m a results-oriented banking professional with 7 years of experience at UCO Bank, where I’ve built strong exposure to branch operations, compliance, and transaction processing. I focus on audit-ready execution while keeping operations efficient and customer-facing.

I manage end-to-end credit lifecycle and customer servicing—supporting credit appraisal, documentation, disbursement, and NPA monitoring across retail, MSME, and agriculture segments. In my role, I supervise daily CASA, term deposit, and recurring deposit operations on Finacle CBS and handle about 200–300 customers weekly.

I drive measurable business outcomes through operational support and data preparation, including supporting 19.5% loan portfolio growth and a 30% increase in digital banking adoption. I execute NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions with timely SLA adherence, and I generate monthly MIS reports to support management decision-making.

I also strengthen risk and regulatory performance by administering KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD compliance, flagging suspicious activity under RBI AML guidelines, and managing RBI regulatory reporting and audit compliance processes. Alongside domain leadership, I’m building technical depth in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, and I’ve strengthened my understanding of cross-border payments and ISO 20022 through self-directed learning and a Fedwire + ISO 20022 end-to-end payment processing project.
