I’m a results-driven Operations, MIS, and Accounts Receivable professional with over 9 years of experience in data analysis, collections management, and process optimization. I focus on turning day-to-day receivables work into clear performance insights that help leadership take faster, smarter actions.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – MIS, Operations & Admin at Extramarks Education India Pvt Ltd, I orchestrate daily coordination and rigorous follow-ups with a 30-member team to support deal conversions and invoicing—delivering a 10 Crore target. I also recovered 9 Crores in long-standing dues by executing strategic follow-up protocols with regional executives and stakeholders.

I oversee collections across Maharashtra, analyzing MoM and YoY trends to drive regional growth. I build automated MIS dashboards for Target vs. Performance visibility, manage 100% accurate invoicing data, and identify discrepancies in payment aging and purchase orders to minimize financial leakage.

Earlier, I led collections operations across four states (MP, CG, MH, AP) and designed payment trackers and automated reporting tools to improve recovery trends. Across roles, I’ve collaborated with accounts for TDS (26AS) reconciliation, updated ERP systems for reporting accuracy, and supported end-to-end resolution of payment discrepancies through strong stakeholder management and team leadership.
