I’m a results-driven Operations & MIS professional with 8+ years of experience in data analysis, collection management, and process optimization. In my current role as Assistant Manager - MIS & Operations at Extramarks Education India Pvt Ltd, I coordinate daily follow-ups with a 30-member team to enable deal conversions and invoicing, while hitting a 10 Crore target. I also recovered 9 Crores from long-standing outstanding cases through strategic coordination and rigorous follow-ups.

I lead collections operations across Maharashtra and use MIS to drive growth—analyzing MoM and YoY trends, building KPI visibility through automated MIS dashboards, and ensuring streamlined billing cycles with 100% invoicing accuracy.
