At HCLTech, I support secure infrastructure environments for three major European banking clients. I provision and manage GCP infrastructure with Terraform and Terraform Cloud, and troubleshoot production issues across client environments.
As part of the GCP OS Patch Management team, I helped restore a broken patch-management environment through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with GCP Support. I also designed automated patch schedules for Windows and Linux servers across development, QAT, and production environments.
I developed gcloud CLI scripts and Ansible playbooks to automate recurring infrastructure tasks, including Azure Arc onboarding and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint installation and validation. In an academic project, I built a GitOps/SecOps deployment and monitoring framework using Terraform, GitHub Actions, Ansible/AWX, Splunk, Azure Arc, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and GCP.
