I’m an AI Product Manager with more than 5 years delivering enterprise-grade AI products at IBM, Tally and Google. I’m driven by owning the full product lifecycle—“vision → roadmap → launch”—and turning GenAI ideas into scalable, production-ready capabilities.

At IBM, I defined and launched an AI-driven agent service in a production platform, including multi-agent orchestration logic and integrations with enterprise APIs. I used A/B experiments and intent-classification/prompt frameworks to improve automated response quality to 95% accuracy, while continuously iterating from beta pilot feedback.

At Tally Solutions, I spearheaded Tally’s first Document AI platform (an agentic OCR pipeline for invoice processing) and enabled automated accounting entry creation across 20,000+ enterprise accounts. I also built and optimized a generative AI module using RICE/OKRs, delivered retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for a chatbot, and improved relevance by 25% through measured evaluation and tuning.

I thrive in cross-functional environments—engineering, UX, data science, and stakeholders—using Agile/Scrum and customer discovery to make data-driven prioritization decisions.
