What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a PMO/operations role where I can own project planning, MIS dashboards, governance & compliance, and stakeholder coordination. I want a dynamic environment that values data-driven process improvement and delivery discipline.

I’m a results-driven PMO Analyst with experience in project coordination, stakeholder/client management, MIS reporting, and process optimization. I focus on governance & compliance, documentation, and risk & resource management to keep projects moving and deliverables on time.

In my recent role as a Sales Manager at Saxena Associates, I coordinated client projects, tracked deliverables, and prepared reports to improve workflow efficiency. Earlier at HDFC Bank, I managed operational processes, compliance reporting, and customer coordination while maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely issue resolution.

I also bring hands-on business exposure—from insurance sales and customer coordination to business development and revenue/operational targets. I’m currently pursuing “MBA in Tech Product Management” and I use advanced Excel and reporting tools to deliver data-driven insights that strengthen planning, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.
