What I'm looking for

I want to continue developing as a Student Recruitment Manager, building on my experience leading teams, managing partner relationships and delivering recruitment projects while contributing to an organisation’s growth and student success.

At New Alternative Path, I progressed from Student Recruiter & Administrator to Student Recruitment Manager. I now manage a team, lead negotiations with partner organisations and oversee recruitment projects from planning through delivery.

As Student Recruiter & Administrator, I managed the admissions journey from initial contact to confirmed enrolment and handled student records, applications and compliance documentation. I also maintained the relationship with the designated university partner.

At Amazon UK (e-Commerce), I coordinated concurrent projects across European operations, using Agile and Kanban frameworks to structure workflows. I maintained risk registers and introduced quality assurance checks to help the team meet project standards.

I hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) qualification and am completing an MSc in AI Business Transformation at the University of Southampton. I use operational data to inform decisions and have working knowledge of data protection and compliance requirements.
