At Banco Nacional de Crédito, I led FP&A through Venezuela's hyperinflation and dollarization, proposing a foreign-currency account strategy that helped move the bank from 10th to 2nd in foreign-currency deposits within two years. I also co-authored the 2021 Strategic Plan, built KPI dashboards, and presented financial reports to shareholders.

Previously at BRINKS Venezuela, I shortened the budget cycle by 20% with IBM Cognos Planning and automated reporting for 16 subsidiaries. I'm now building a PostgreSQL and Power BI analytical platform through Old North Signal to identify disruption signals and turn them into financial opportunities.
