I’m a Senior IT Manager with 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, focused on running mission-critical 24/7 IT infrastructure in complex international environments. I lead a team of 5 direct reports while ensuring dependable service delivery across high-availability, regulated operations.

I oversee IT operations end-to-end—IT service management (ITSM), dual datacenter operations, and hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure. I manage enterprise networks, cybersecurity (IT & OT), and satellite internet communications, aligning day-to-day execution with SLA governance, KPI reporting, and business continuity.

I’ve delivered large-scale IT infrastructure from the ground up, including new datacenter builds and service transitions supporting 2,000–9,000 users. In my current role, I own the IT Service Management framework to ensure ITIL-aligned practices, service health monitoring, reliability, and incident/problem/change/request workflows.

I bring strong operational ownership across CapEx and asset lifecycle management (including inventory tracking and RMA processes) and I drive cybersecurity governance through risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, incident response, network/hardware hardening, and compliance. I’m energized by complex programs where resilience, clear documentation (SOPs), and cross-team/vendor collaboration determine outcomes.
