At ACICO Construction, I supervise daily construction activities on a 64-villa fast-track project in Al-Siddiq, from excavation through finishing. I coordinate subcontractors and monitor site execution against approved drawings and technical specifications.
I prepare inspection requests, follow up on consultant approvals, and report daily progress. I also verify work progress for billing, track material purchase requests, and carry out quantity take-offs.
Previously, at Arabian Sail, I worked across site engineering and the technical office on residential projects including BandarHouse and Skyfall. I created and reviewed shop drawings, monitored construction quality, and helped keep project costs and schedules on track.
