What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my quantity surveying, cost control, tendering, commercial management, and contract administration experience across project delivery from tender stage through completion.

I've delivered cost control, forecasting, invoice verification, variation reporting, and management dashboards for Telford Offshore projects in Dubai, helping operations and PMT teams track budgets, risks, milestones, and customer billing.

Across RAQ Contracting, Golden Square Engineering Consultants, Concrete Surgeons, and Ahmad Bin Desmal Contracting, I've managed work from tender through completion: BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, bid analysis, procurement, interim valuations, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration. I've supported residential, commercial, building, contracting, consultancy, and offshore environments across the GCC and Egypt.

I bring a Civil Engineering and Construction Management background, practical value-engineering experience, and hands-on use of Excel, ERP systems, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks.
