At Kirby Building Systems, I lead construction consulting for complex and special projects, guiding execution through final handover within approved scope, time, cost and quality requirements. I provide strategic oversight of site activities and help resolve critical execution challenges.
I represent the company in site and technical meetings, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities. I also handle technical support, NCRs and site claims, working toward practical, contract-compliant solutions.
At Al Shafar Steel Engineering LLC (ASSENT), I managed projects across the UAE, KSA and Africa from execution through completion and handover. I led seven project engineers across design, planning, manufacturing, procurement and installation, and kept projects on schedule and within or below budget.
Earlier, at Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I), I managed engineering and fabrication activities at the Thailand yard and led project engineers across design, planning, manufacturing, procurement and installation. My earlier work includes leading Tekla Structures detailing at Zamil Steel and performing steel and concrete structural analysis and design at Alexandria Consultant Office.
