Seeking internationally oriented legal, compliance, governance, consulting or corporate strategy opportunities within multinational organisations, financial institutions, public enterprises or global professional services firms.

At the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, I advised senior and executive leadership on commercial, operational, employment, procurement, and property matters. I drafted and reviewed commercial contracts, leases, and licences, and negotiated cross-border contracts for industrial-grade operational equipment with companies based in Sweden, the USA, and Brazil.

Earlier, at Girwar & Deonarine Attorneys-at-Law, I assisted in settling more than 40 personal injury matters before trial. I also contributed to legislative reform initiatives involving amendments to the Defence Act while serving as Associate Professional (Legal Advisor to Inspector General) at Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force Headquarters.
